TechStructures provided a forklift upgrade of their Server 2003 network to Windows Server 2008 R2, Exchange Server 2010 and Remote Desktop Services on load balanced servers to support 160 users across nine locations in four states.
In addition to Microsoft Server based solutions Barracuda and Cisco were used for security and web content filtering. To support their internal clients for Help Desk, Server Maintenance, and Proactive Monitoring Southeastern Industrial Equipment called on TechStructures TechSentry FlatFeeIT support services. In addition all servers backed up using TechStructures TechSentry Data Assurance device to protect their 4 production servers and 70 workstations.
In the coming year TechStructures will uplift their MPLS network and roll out Xerox Managed Print Solutions that will include time saving document work flow solutions.
