TechStructures launches new website!

TechStructures is proud to announce the launch of our new website at http://www.techstructures.com. The goal of the new website is to make it easier for our existing clients to submit and manage support requests, and provide more information about our services for prospective clients.

Our current clients who can access our ticket client portal can now use their email and password to log into the site to make filling out forms easier, access special content, and gain access to our ticketing system.

We'd also like to welcome everybody to our blog, and we encourage you to leave comments.

TechStructures assisted Avtec with an Exchange Server situation and then build a relationship that has led to the upgrade of the server infrastructure from Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Server 2008R2 and Microsoft Exchange 2010 running on Physical Servers. Additionally TechStructures has moved them from a Linux based virtual server farm to a VMware and Windows Server farm that hosts 15 servers used for product development. 

To support their internal clients for Help Desk, Server maintenance, and proactive monitoring Avtec, Inc. called on TechStructures TechSentry FlatFeeIT support services. In addition all servers are backed up to the TechStructures TechSentry Data Assurance device to protect their 10 production servers and 70 workstations. 

In the coming year TechStructures will provide consulting services around an internal network topology upgrade as well as a VoIP phone system rollout.

Salsarita's Fresh Cantina continues a 5 year long relationship with TechStructures to now provide TechSentry FlatFeeIT service to their corporate office so that Management can continue to focus on cooking up their successful franchisees. 

TechSentry FlatFeeIT is in place to provide support to the Windows Small Business Server 2008 network along with their SwitchVox VoIP phone system and their managed wireless solution. Ongoing maintenance, proactive support, and helpdesk services are provided by TechStructures using their TechSentry FlatFeeIT Managed Services. Backup and Disaster Recovery is provided as well using TechStructures TechSentry Data Assurance device to protect their 2 servers and 25 workstations.

TechStructures provided a forklift upgrade of their Server 2003 network to Windows Server 2008 R2, Exchange Server 2010 and Remote Desktop Services on load balanced servers to support 160 users across nine locations in four states. 

In addition to Microsoft Server based solutions Barracuda and Cisco were used for security and web content filtering. To support their internal clients for Help Desk, Server Maintenance, and Proactive Monitoring Southeastern Industrial Equipment called on TechStructures TechSentry FlatFeeIT support services. In addition all servers backed up using TechStructures TechSentry Data Assurance device to protect their 4 production servers and 70 workstations. 

In the coming year TechStructures will uplift their MPLS network and roll out Xerox Managed Print Solutions that will include time saving document work flow solutions.

TechStructures, LLC joins two wood finishing companies into one. Delle Vedove and Cefla Finishing, both Cefla Group Companies combined business operation into a new facility in North Charlotte and turned to TechStructures to build their connected workplace for the combined company Cefla North America. 

The solution was based on Microsoft Small Business Server 2008, Cisco, and Switchbox for VoIP (Voice over IP). The integrated nature of Windows Server 2008 and Exchange 2007 provides the solution to their legacy Lotus Notes email. SalesForce.com customization provides workflow features and efficiencies. Cisco provides the needed firewall solution to tie back to their HQ in Italy and branch offices as well as their managed wireless solution for their new 175,000 sq. ft. facility. 

Ongoing maintenance, proactive support, and helpdesk services are provided by TechStructures using their TechSentry FlatFeeIT Managed Services. Backup and Disaster Recovery is provided as well using TechStructures TechSentry Data Assurance device to protect their 6 servers and 60 workstations.
