Greg Forehand - President and Founding Partner
The president of TechStructures, Greg Forehand, founded TechStructures through the development of the strategic company vision. It is because of Greg that the organization has been able to grow steadily since its inception in 2002. Greg has a diverse background that includes experience in software development and design consulting for Fortune 500 companies, like BellSouth and Wachovia. With over 15 years of industry experience, he brings an intricate and progressive knowledge base that covers not only development, but systems design and integration.
As TechStructures moves into the next business cycle, Greg is focused on leading and setting the course that not only will impact the firm, but also serve to benefit current clients as well as future prospects. He works everyday to make sure the goals of TechStructures mirror the business goals of clients. By doing this, he feels the company will be able to keep its hand on the pulse of the most important company asset, those individuals and organizations who TechStructures serves.
Greg is a native of Alabama, a graduate of the U.S. Army's Officer Candidate School, and a Gulf War veteran. Greg currently lives in Charlotte with his wife, Kate, and his kids Maddi and Lilly. When Greg is not thinking about how to take TechStructures to new heights, you can find him in the skies, piloting his own aircraft and participating in the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Andrew Birch - Vice President of Service Delivery
Andrew Birch partnered with co-founder Greg Forehand in 2002 to fulfill a vision. Both were eager to embark on a business goal that would allow them to bring the best in IT to Carolina-based companies and it was Andrew who was intent on not only developing the best business model, but also serving as a liaison between the core business and the clients who ultimately benefit from the product offering.
As the Vice President of Service Delivery, Andrew works everyday with clients as well as partner companies that allow TechStructures to be ahead of their competitors. He has a diverse background in business ownership and management, serving as the president of A.P. Birch company prior to founding TechStructures, as well as in software development and consulting.
Andrew is intent on delivering the solutions that are promised to TechStructures diverse client base. A perfectionist by nature, he believes that product offering is only part of what makes TechStructures so unique and that continuity and high level service related to delivery is key.
Andrew is a native of Waterloo, New York and attended Central Piedmont Community College's Electrical Engineering Technology program. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a veteran of the first Gulf War. When he is not spending time with his wife, Renee, and his children Sophie and Joseph, there is another side to Andrew. A voracious cyclist, he is passionate about adventure racing.

George Hamm - Vice President of Business Development
As a seasoned sales professional, George Hamm knows that a company is only as good as their ability to continue generating business and to keep ahead of competitors. George joined TechStructures in 2010 with 14 years of management experience and skill, both in large corporations and locally-owned and operated businesses, behind him. An advocate of consultative selling processes that provide real solutions to the clients who need them most, George has a diverse sales background that includes prior service at Charlotte Copy Data and has received sales accolades from Houston, Texas-based Professional Employer Organization, Administaff. As he has moved into his position at TechStructures, he has worked to begin development not only on instituting himself as the face of the company to clients, but also has begun to strategize on the creation of a sales force that will continue to further the mission of the firm.
As the Vice President of Business Development and a member of the executive team, George serves as a liaison between management and the marketplace, delivering on sales and revenue goals and being a trusted advisor to clients.
A native of Binghampton, New York, George is always on the go. When he is not promoting TechStructures around Charlotte, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an active participant at his local church. However, since he's a great salesperson, that means you can always find him on the links, too.
Bob Birch, CPA - Controller
Controller Bob Birch joined TechStructures in 2006 after serving as a principal for Virginia-based Birch & Birch, LLP and as a Division Controller for Areva NP, Inc. As the financial director for TechStructures, he works to ensure that firm goals are met, both from an organizational standpoint, as well as fiscally. He prides himself on his ability to provide financial solutions to the firm that reflects the values of the business while always keeping the client base in mind.
A native of Waterloo, New York, Bob holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Certified Public Accountant. When he is not keeping his eye on TechStructures books, he enjoys woodworking and volunteering in the community. A project close to his heart is Habitat for Humanity International.
